Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. No contract exists between you and Jaffa Imports Ltd until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to them being handmade products.
 
Sales tax
Value Added Tax at the current rate of 17.5% (VAT) is included in the price of all items and shipping. We do not currently ship outside of the UK and therefore all sales are liable to pay this tax.
 
Payment methods
We accept credit and UK debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Delta, Solo & Visa Electron), Paypal or postal order (please make payable to Jaffa Imports Ltd). Payment must clear before we will despatch your goods.
 
Delivery arrangements
We offer a choice of delivery methods. Occasionally it will be necessary, depending on the size of your order, to despatch via our courier Interlink Express - even if you have chosen our Royal Mail option. They will require a signature, but we can also leave with neighbours or in a safe place if you leave instructions for us to allow this. Please be aware that by giving your permission for us to leave your goods in a safe place and without a signature, that you will invalidate the insurance cover offered by Interlink Express. In the event of damage or non receipt, we can only be liable as far as the compensation we are able to retrieve from the courier. This may be none at all.
 
 
Cooling off period and cancellation / returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of the goods being returned to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Legals
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damages must be notified within five days in writing stating your name and order ID either via email to customerservice@jaffaimports.co.uk or post to Customer Services, Jaffa Imports Ltd, Units 3-5 Quayside Business Centre, School Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 9NW. Claims outside of this time will not be considered.
 
Due to ongoing improvement of our product range, please allow for slight variations in colour or design.
All our baskets are hand-crafted from natural materials - therefore please allow tolerances on all sizes quoted. Sizes quoted are measured from the top and outside of each basket, not including handles (where applicable).
